Second of all, you may increase your self-awareness – i.e., being more aware of your inner values, impulses, fantasies, moods, etc. – ultimately leading yourself to a more integrated personality. Carl Jung sums it up perfectly, “Until you make the unconscious conscious, it will direct your life and you will call it fate.”
