Lifehack: Literally frame every difficulty as something positive, do it instantly.

That said, whenever you feel frustration, anxiety, sadness, fear, tiredness, etc. say to yourself that it’s good because it lets you grow. It’s like a stepping stone for growth; it’s like a quest in a game that lets you level up; it’s like a gem you can turn into a life principle, it’s like a lost fragment of your character that was split in the past and you won it back, it’s like a lost sheep that was found by the shepherd.
So embrace it fully, dive into it, acknowledge it, appreciate it.
