Being inspired by my grandma and aunt who seem to feel relatively lonely and alone when they’re older I realized that it’s so incredibly important to have strong relationships in your life.
Everything revolves around people.
Usually, the first reaction whenever you achieve something, understand something, learn something, see something, experience something, get something, is to share it. Therefore, you need many people with whom you can share your experience. Everything fades if you don’t have people with whom you can share something.
Usually, the moments that we remember the most are ones with other people in it. Just compare your emotional reaction when look at photos of landscapes or architecture without versus with people. Almost certainly those containing people will affect you more strongly.
Usually, the majority of our free time is spent hanging out with others.
Furthermore, it's been proven that the single most important factor for a long and happy life is strong relationships.
So make it make it a lifelong goal to nurture develop and grow your relationships is the most important thing and it’s something that gives you the most value from your life.
